I, Masimba Ndlovu, was born and grew up in Plumtree but went to school in Bulawayo the second largest city in Zimbabwe. My hobbies are watching soccer, travelling and exercising.

I attended Hamilton High School and at university level managed to attain a Bachelor of Accounting Science degree and a Masters’ degree in Business Administration. I hold a chartered forensic accounting qualification from the UK, Advanced Diploma in Accounting and Finance, Diploma in Systems Analysis & Design and a COP for both short and long term insurance and am now a qualified Chartered Public Accountant.

I enjoyed working in Zimbabwe where I gained some valuable experience in the manufacturing sector before joining the exclusive Mercedes Benz dealership where I spent ten years.

In 2008, I relocated to Botswana where I managed to hold the senior position of Accountant, Finance Manager and Financial Controller respectively in different companies.

My career in the hospitality industry started in 2014 when I joined Indaba Lodge Gaborone as the Financial Controller and as part of the opening team, until I rose to the current position of General Manager.

I am very excited and feel humbled to be leading a team that shares the same vision, the willingness and eagerness to succeed.
